Natalia Freedman is the Founder and Lead Educator of Illuminate Ink Studio & Academy in Forest Hills, Queens, and an internationally recognized permanent makeup artist, educator, speaker, competition judge, and event organizer with over 8 years of experience in the beauty industry.

Originally from Poland and now based in New York City, Natalia’s journey reflects the values she brings into her work every day: resilience, continuous growth, and the belief that education can change lives. What began as a passion for beauty and artistry evolved into a career dedicated to helping clients feel confident, empowering artists through education, and raising industry standards through mentorship and leadership.

Known for her refined approach to Lip Blush and Powder Brows, Natalia has built her reputation on creating elegant, healed results that enhance natural beauty while preserving each client’s unique features. Her work combines artistic vision, technical precision, advanced color theory, and a deep understanding of skin, healing, and long-term pigment behavior.

Over the years, Natalia has trained with some of the most respected artists in the world and continues to invest heavily in advanced education, believing that true mastery comes from constant growth and curiosity. Her dedication to excellence led her to earn 1st Place in Lip Blush at WULOP USA and a Top 4 placement at the WULOP World Finals, achievements that helped establish her as one of the leading PMU artists in her field.

Today, Natalia’s impact extends far beyond the treatment room. She serves as an international speaker, competition judge, and educator, helping artists elevate their skills through hands-on training, mentorship, and advanced masterclasses. She is also the organizer of Etalon Mix USA, one of the industry’s premier permanent makeup championship events, created to support education, fairness, artistic growth, and professional development within the PMU community.

At Illuminate Ink, Natalia performs all permanent makeup procedures, including Powder Brows, Lip Blush, Eyeliner, Hair Stroke Brows, Dark Lip Neutralization, Scar Camouflage, Areola Restoration, and Paramedical Tattooing. While she believes every procedure has its place, her greatest passion remains Lip Blush and Powder Brows—services that beautifully combine artistry, facial harmony, color theory, and long-term healed results.
